Water tanks from 700 TO 700,000 Gallons

CorGal corrugated galvanized steel water tanks are constructed of corrugated, galvanized, punched and rolled

wall sheets that are bolted together at a project site. GorGal steel tanks are fitted with a geotextile preliner and a flexible

membrane liner on the inside for water containment. The steel tank is constructed on a concrete foundation eliminating

the need for a bottom structure, because the liner distributes the water load uniformly across the foundation area.

Corgal steel tanks are available with NSF-61 complient liners for potable water use.

COST EFFICIENT acrossed a wide range of application

HIGH QUALITY CorGal tanks are constructed of highest quality corrugated, galvanized steel for superior strength and druability.

CORROSION RESISTANT Steel components are hot-dipped in zinc for high corrosion resistance.

PRE-ENGINEERED CorGal tanks are pre-engineered to withstand wind loads in specific locations.

FLEXIBLE LINER SYSTEM Water containment system consist of a geotextile preliner and a flexible

membrane main liner suspended inside the tank structure.

RAPID ASSEMBLY CorGal tank components are quickly assembled at the job site. Complete instructions are included.

MANY SIZES Complete line of CorGal tanks from 6' Diameter to 105' Diameter.

WARRANTY Standard 10 Year warranty

         Tank Details

The high-rib roof (HR) design is standard on all models 12' diameter and larger. The 6', 8', and 9' diameter models have a flat seam (FS) roof as standard, but the high-rib roof is available as an option.

The Standard Tanks are pre-engineered for water storage in a seismic zone 2B with a 90 MPH wind speed at a UBC Exposure C location. Roof snow load ratings are available for specific locations.

Tank Access

All tanks having 2 rings (models XX02) or taller have a removable side access panel that is used for interior tank access during construction or for emergency access.

All tanks have an access opening and cover located at the peak of the roof. The opening is 22" round for tanks 6' through 24' diameter. The opening is 36" round for tanks 27' & larger diameter.

Tanks 12' diameter and larger also have a manhole access and cover located on the lower end of one roof panel for side roof access. The manhole opening is trapezoidal 24" X 16" X 19".

The cover has a latch with provision for use of a padlock for tank security.

An 18" round access hatch and cover is available as an option for side roof access into 6' diameter flat seam tanks.

A 24" diameter round access and cover is available as an option for side roof access into 8' & 9' diameter flat seam tanks.
